A Printing Service Guarantee is a top priority at our Online Print Shop.  We Guarantee all Online Printing Services to be free of defects in workmanship. If your Online Printing Order deviates from the approved proof or if for some reason it contains a workmanship defect within our control, please email us within 72 hours of receipt of your Printing Order. Upon receipt of your returned Print Order, we will rerun and ship the order at our expense. We maintain the right to judge what a manufacturing defect is.   We will make every effort to make your Online Print Order look its very best. We can Guarantee quality Print only if provided file properties are accurate. If you are not satisfied with ink colors, Print Paper, layout, Print Design, and other choices you made, we will not be able to rerun it at our expense.

Please check your Online Print Proof carefully before approval. Online Printing customer errors such as poor Print images, typing, spelling, wrong fonts, formatting, color mode or any other errors are not covered by our Online Printing Order Guarantee.
