How well will my print job match what I see on my monitor?
Because of wide differences in monitor calibration, different types of monitor technologies
and the impact of ambient light, printed colors do not exactly match the colors of monitors.
Screen color is in RGB mode (colors of light) and print colors are in CMYK (physical colors).

Please see: Tips & hints link.   -back to top-

How should I submit my files for a multi-page product?
We need your art in separate files, each individually labeled according to page number. Each page should be within its own document (cover, page1, page2, page3, etc). Please do not submit a huge file and have us try to figure out which page goes where.

What is a compression program?
A compression program takes files and makes them smaller without changing or losing
information in the file. It reduces the file size by using algorithms and equations that take
the bits of information in the file and then remembers how
to put the files back together
when the file is later uncompressed.

What is full bleed?
It is the area in your layout that should be at least 1/8" outside the final cut.
It allows us to trim your project and assures you that your printed piece will be
finished as you envisioned. If you are designing a 3" x 6" card with full bleed,
design it at 3.25" x 6.25" to allow all edges to be trimmed.   -back to top-

RGB refers to the primary colors of light, Red, Green and Blue, used in monitors,
TV’s and scanners. CMYK refers to the primary colors of pigment, Cyan, Magenta,
Yellow, and Key (black). During the full color printing process, small dots of "CMYK"
are printed forming a full spectrum of colors.
